Arbitration
Our arbitration practice covers domestic and international disputes arising from commercial and contractual relationships. We represent clients across the full lifecycle of arbitral proceedings, from pre-arbitration strategy and invocation to conduct of proceedings, interim reliefs, and enforcement or challenge of arbitral awards.
We regularly act in arbitration matters involving contractual disputes, profit claims, and settlement proceedings in sectors such as telecom, wind power equipment, and railway manufacturing. Our work in these sectors often involves technically complex contracts, long-term supply arrangements, and high-value commercial claims.
We also possess extensive experience in international arbitration, including matters involving bilateral investment treaties, where disputes raise issues of state action, regulatory measures, and treaty protections. Alongside arbitral proceedings, we routinely appear before Indian courts in arbitration-related litigation, including interim measures, jurisdictional challenges, and enforcement actions.
