Somya Saxena
Graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in 2020, Somya regularly appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble Delhi High Court, Ld. NCLAT and other forums in a wide range of matters spanning from criminal to commercial law.
Somya specialises in white collar crimes, insolvency law and criminal law. She has worked in a wide variety of matters with special focus on issues pertaining to PMLA and IBC.
Outside work, she loves to travel, explore different cultures and ethnicites and hone on her culinary skills.

Nikunj Mahajan
Nikunj Mahajan is a graduate of Jindal Global Law School. Since his graduation, he has represented both individuals and corporate entities before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts and various Tribunals.
During his tenure, Nikunj has provided valuable assistance in matters about the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 matters. Further, he has assisted us in representing various individuals for investigations by SFIO and ED and their respective trials.

Sukanya Joshi
A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (Batch of 2020), Sukanya possesses a keen interest in criminal and commercial law. She has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts of Delhi, Ld. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Ld. National Company Law Tribunal.
Sukanya has considerable experience in matters pertaining to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 among others. She joined our office in April 2024 and has ably assisted us in several briefings and court proceedings.
She is currently empanelled as an Assistant Editor with the ‘e-DHCR Project’ launched by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Rohan Tewari
Rohan Tewari is an Advocate enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council. He practices before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various tribunals and arbitral forums. His work spans across commercial disputes, and white-collar crime, with a particular focus on arbitration and regulatory litigation.
Rohan has advised and represented clients in high-stakes matters involving corporate governance, employment disputes, real estate, and financial regulation. He also regularly appears in arbitrations - both domestic and institutional - acting for clients across sectors such as infrastructure, aviation, and technology.
An alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Rohan combines strong academic training with hands-on courtroom experience.

Kailash Ram
Kailash Ram is a skilled advocate specializing in dispute resolution, with expertise in commercial and civil matters, as well as insolvency laws. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2020, he has extensive experience representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals, including NCLAT, NCLT, and consumer forums such as the NCDRC, SCDRC, and various district consumer forums. He is highly proficient in legal drafting and skilled in managing complex litigation.

Samridhi
A graduate of Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, Samridhi joined our Chambers in September 2022 and has since represented both individuals and corporate entities before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts, Ld. NCDRC, and various Ld. Tribunals. During her time at the Faculty of Law, she served as an editor at the Delhi Law Review (Student Edition) (Vol. VII & VIII) and as a part of the first Student Editorial Board at Delhi Law Review (Vol. XXXV).

Shreyansh Chopra
Shreyansh joined our chambers in July 2023 and is a graduate of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. Prior to joining our chambers, Shreyansh had interned with us, displaying exceptional performance in research and drafting work. He has a keen interest in corporate restructuring and insolvency, white-collar crimes, arbitration, and real estate laws.

Nitya Prabhakar
Nitya, an alumnus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2022. With a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, she has experience in dealing with wide array of legal matters pertaining to Insolvency Law, White Collar Crime, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration as well as various Writ Litigations.
Nitya has regularly appeared and represented corporate entities and individuals before the Supreme Court of India, State High Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), PMLA Appellate Tribunal and other specialised tribunals/ forums.

Ajatshatru Singh Rawat
Ajatshatru graduated from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2023. Since then, he has been actively practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, the Hon'ble NCLAT, and various district courts across Delhi. His practice spans a diverse range of matters, including civil, commercial, and criminal law.
Beyond the courtroom, he is an avid sports enthusiast and doesn't miss an opportunity to play a sport whenever possible.

Vishvendra Tomar
A part of NM Law since 2019, Vishvendra graduated from Amity Law School. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, APTEL, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal/National Company Law Tribunal, District and Sessions Court, and various other tribunals. He frequently assists the Partners in representing diverse companies and individuals for investigations by SFIO, CBI, and ED and their respective trials.

Saahil Bahety
Saahil is a graduate of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He has a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration and has been practicing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Hon'ble Delhi High Court and various tribunals. Outside of law, he is an avid reader interested in subjects of history, politics, economics and international affairs.

Nishtha Juneja
Graduated from Amity University (2025), currently working as a junior associate in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. She has honed her legal acumen through internships with Hon’ble Justice Nivedita Anil Sharma (Family Court), Taneja & Co., and Advocate Renu Gupta, gaining hands-on experience in family law, insolvency, IPR, and debt recovery. With strong research skills, expertise in legal drafting, and exposure to both trial and appellate practice, Nishtha combines practical insight with academic rigor. Her participation in a Study Abroad Programme in London enriched her global legal perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

Raghav Srivastava
Raghav Srivastava is a graduate of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Bennett University, who combines strong legal expertise with creative talent. He has interned with prestigious law firms and senior advocates, including Agarwal Law Associates, TKC Partners, and Senior Advocate N. Hariharan, acquiring practical experience in areas such as insolvency, criminal law, arbitration, and consumer disputes. Beyond his academic achievements, he had actively contributed to his university’s legal community through involvement in moot courts, pro-bono initiatives, and committee leadership, while also serving as the official photographer for various School of Law committees. Recognized for his professionalism, research skills, and effective public speaking, he approaches his legal and extracurricular pursuits with authenticity and balance.
