Aditi Shrivastava
Aditi is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. She works closely on matters pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy disputes, consumer matters as well as arbitrations in the area of construction, infrastructure and projects.
Aditi was an avid mooter during college and continues to be associated with Moot Court Competitions as a mentor and judge.
In her spare time, Aditi enjoys playing table tennis, cooking and watching TV shows.
Nikunj Mahajan
Nikunj Mahajan is a graduate of Jindal Global Law School. Since his graduation, he has represented both individuals and corporate entities before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts and various Tribunals.
During his tenure, Nikunj has provided valuable assistance in matters about the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 matters. Further, he has assisted us in representing various individuals for investigations by SFIO and ED and their respective trials.

Sukanya Joshi
A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (Batch of 2020), Sukanya possesses a keen interest in criminal and commercial law. She has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts of Delhi, Ld. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Ld. National Company Law Tribunal.
Sukanya has considerable experience in matters pertaining to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 among others. She joined our office in April 2024 and has ably assisted us in several briefings and court proceedings.
She is currently empanelled as an Assistant Editor with the ‘e-DHCR Project’ launched by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Shreya Shree Singh
Shreya Shree Singh is a 2021 graduate from Amity Law School, Noida. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Her experience encompasses a wide range of areas, including civil law, commercial law, and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts and other specialised Tribunals. Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore different cultures and cuisines.
Mandeep Singh
Mandeep has been a valuable member of NM Law since January 2023. He is a graduate of Amity Law School and possesses a keen interest in criminal and insolvency laws, as well as commercial agreements.

Samridhi
A graduate of Law Centre-1, Faculty of Law, Samridhi joined our Chambers in September 2022 and has since represented both individuals and corporate entities before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts, Ld. NCDRC, and various Ld. Tribunals. During her time at the Faculty of Law, she served as an editor at the Delhi Law Review (Student Edition) (Vol. VII & VIII) and as a part of the first Student Editorial Board at Delhi Law Review (Vol. XXXV).

Shreyansh joined our chambers in July 2023 and is a graduate of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. Prior to joining our chambers, Shreyansh had interned with us, displaying exceptional performance in research and drafting work. He has a keen interest in corporate restructuring and insolvency, white-collar crimes, arbitration, and real estate laws.
Nitya Prabhakar
Nitya, an alumnus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2022. With a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, she has experience in dealing with wide array of legal matters pertaining to Insolvency Law, White Collar Crime, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration as well as various Writ Litigations.
Nitya has regularly appeared and represented corporate entities and individuals before the Supreme Court of India, State High Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), PMLA Appellate Tribunal and other specialised tribunals/ forums.
Supriya Julka
A graduate of the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Supriya joined our Chambers in May 2022. Since then, she has successfully represented various individuals and companies before esteemed legal bodies such as the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Ld. District Courts, Ld. NCDRC, and various Ld. Tribunals. Her expertise lies in drafting and securing relief for matters relating to bail and personal liberty.

A part of NM Law since 2019, Vishvendra graduated from Amity Law School.
