Our insolvency and bankruptcy practice advises and represents stakeholders across proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, including corporate debtors, promoters, financial and operational creditors, and resolution applicants. We act in matters involving financial distress, enforcement of creditor rights, and restructuring of corporate liabilities.

We regularly appear before the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in insolvency proceedings, as well as in related litigation before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Our work often involves managing parallel proceedings arising out of insolvency, including civil disputes, regulatory actions, and criminal or enforcement investigations.
